COVID-19: SHOULD-ASK QUESTIONS
Masks, Sanitisers, Social-distancing: Really helpful?
Is what you do now for protection, really helping you?
Is what you do now for protection
really helping you?
All depends what your primary objective is. If your primary objective is just to support public-policy objectives, which is just to flatten the curve (reduce the rate of spread), and thereby prevent overwhelm to the medical system, then such actions could help.
But if your primary objective is like that of wise people, which is to build solid immunity against the viral infection and thereby prevent yourself & your family from getting COVID-19, then NO, such actions are not beneficial, and on the contrary could result in low immunity and thereby make you more vulnerable to be infected. This lesson explains why.
As already fully established in all prior lessons, the root cause to COVID-19 is low immunity; and therefore, prevention against COVID-19 can only be achieved by building an optimised immune system.
Therefore the question of this lesson should be reframed thus: “Do masks, sanitisers, social distancing, and self-quarantine result in building an optimised immune system”?
Direct answer – NO! (That’s obvious)
I see a big misunderstanding among people concerning masks, sanitisers, and social-distancing; most people seem to think that these measures alone can guard them against COVID-19, which makes them to take extreme measures like wear a mask even when driving alone in their car, overuse sanitisers (even make customers pass through sanitising chambers at their business entrance), etc.
You must understand that masks, sanitisers, and social distancing are in fact mandated with the sole objective just to flatten the curve (reduce the rate of spread) and prevent overwhelm to the medical system (prevent too many patients flooding hospitals), that’s all. These measures are not mandated with the objective to build an optimised immune system among people (because these methods can’t do so).
You must further understand that, If you have a weak immune system (certainly the case if you have any chronic disease), these measures are in fact a very poor defense against any viral infection. You are better protected without a mask/sanitiser/social-distance and with a highly optimised immune system, rather than with a mask/sanitiser/social-distance and with a weak immune system.
Therefore, to help you gain clarity & a full understanding to this, in this lesson I will explain to you the key points of each of these three measures, so that you can use them for their intended purpose and not for a purpose they can’t serve.
What a face mask is effective for:
A face mask can be effective for protecting you from ingesting mucus droplets from another individual when they sneeze or accidentally spit droplets when they talk. Likewise, it can be effective for preventing another individual in proximity to you from ingesting your mucus droplets when you sneeze or accidentally spit when you talk.
What a face mask is not effective for:
First and most crucial, a face mask cannot positively effect your immune system. I will repeat this emphatically and elaborately so that you really understand this crucial point: A face mask cannot build your immune system to the necessary optimal level and therefore cannot guard you against COVID-19 nor any other viral infection.
On the contrary, overuse of face-masks can in fact cause negative consequences: overuse of face-masks directly result in a deprivation of adequate oxygen supply, impedes passive restful breathing, and reduces breathing efficiency, which results in increased level of carbon-dioxide in the blood, thereby causing blood acidosis, which directly results in a weakened immune system. And if you already have a weakened immune system, it could result in other complications like increased blood pressure, increased heart-rate, blood clots etc.
Furthermore, the virus can enter your oral/nasal cavity through various other means in situations where the mask cannot be used. Example: through fresh food-produce – there are places where it was reported that some fruits and animals were tested positive. How would you know if the food you eat is contaminated or not?!
Appropriate usage for a mask:
If you have an optimised immune system, I can say confidently that you have no need for a mask. In places where there is no public policy mandated to wear a mask, you can peacefully move around without a mask and not worry about being infected. And in places where there is public policy mandated to wear a mask, you wear a mask just to comply with public policy (not wear a mask out of fear or to protect yourself).
On the other hand, if you have a weak immune system (certainly the case if you have any chronic disease), then the appropriate use of a mask for you would be in places where you could come in close proximity to people. And in places where you are distant from people, it’s appropriate and beneficial that you don’t use a mask, to allow proper oxygenation and efficient breathing. Notwithstanding, you obviously need to still wear a mask in places where there is public policy mandated to do so.
What a sanitiser is effective for:
A sanitiser is effective for degenerating (killing) any cellular-organisms, which makes it a decent disinfectant on the skin and other non-biological surfaces.
What a sanitiser is not effective for:
Again, first and most crucial, like a face mask, sanitisers too cannot positively effect your immune system. A sanitiser cannot build your immune system to the necessary optimal level and therefore cannot guard you against COVID-19 nor any other viral infection.
Furthermore, inappropriate use of ethanol based sanitisers (used in most places) results in negative health effects – frequent use of ethanol based sanitisers could erode the skin layer faster, cause a nauseated feeling etc. At one point sanitising chambers were used at some business entrances which was exposing people’s eyes to these ethanol-based sanitisers which are toxic to the eyes.
Appropriate usage for sanitisers:
If you have an optimised immune system, I can confidently say that you have no need for a sanitiser too. In places where there is no public policy mandated to use a sanitiser, you can peacefully not use it and not worry about being infected. And in places where there is public policy mandated to use a sanitiser, you use it just to comply with public policy (not use a sanitiser out of fear or to protect yourself).
On the other hand, if you have a weak immune system (certainly the case if you have any chronic disease), then a sanitiser could be useful to you, but just as an aid to prevent viruses from entering into your oral cavity and not as a prime preventative measure against being infected.
Furthermore, a better alternative to ethanol-based sanitisers is a colloidal-silver-based sanitiser, because it is more potent & safer than ethanol based sanitisers. Colloidal-silver-based sanitisers pose no threat if accidentally ingested into the oral cavity, have a higher potency of disinfection and don’t cause a nauseated feeling when inhaled. Another simple yet potent alternative is a hand-wash with soap – studies show that virus infections are easily killed & washed away by a proper hand-wash with soap.
What social-distancing is effective for:
Like a mask, social-distancing can be effective for protecting you from ingesting mucus droplets from another individual when they sneeze or accidentally spit droplets when they talk. Likewise, it can be effective for preventing another individual in proximity to you from ingesting your mucus droplets when you sneeze or accidentally spit when you talk.
What social-distancing is not effective for:
Again, first and most crucial, social-distancing cannot positively effect your immune system. On the contrary in fact, it impedes the natural development of herd immunity – which is when a group of people are exposed to the viral infection and gradually build a natural resistance against it over time.
Appropriate usage for social-distancing:
If you have an optimised immune system, I can confidently say that you have no need for distancing yourself from anyone. In places where there is no public policy mandated to social-distance, you can peacefully associate with others and not worry about being infected. And in places where there is public policy mandated to social-distance, you do so just to comply with public policy (not social-distance out of fear or to protect yourself).
On the other hand, if you have a weak immune system (certainly the case if you have any chronic disease), then it is advisable that you social-distance, but just as an aid to prevent a potential ingestion of mucus-droplets entering your oral/nasal cavity from others in proximity to you and not as a sure-fire way to prevent COVID-19. You still need to do what is necessary to first treat your chronic disease and build an optimised immune system.
CONCLUSION & TAKE-AWAY INSIGHT:
If you read the above text carefully and noticed, optimal prevention against COVID-19 (and any other viral infection) all boils down to building & maintaining an optimised immune system. If you have an optimally functioning immune system, none of these mandated measures are necessary for your protection; and on the other hand, if you have a weak immune system (certainly the case if you have any chronic disease), then while these measures can aid in protecting you, they are not a guaranteed protection, you still need to do what is necessary to build an optimised immune system.
Now this could bring up these questions in your mind: “How do I know if I have an optimised immune system or not?”, and “How if I have a weak immune system, what needs to be done for optimising it?”
ANSWER: If you have any chronic disease, you can be assured that you have a weak immune system. You cannot build an optimised immune system without first treating your chronic disease. Please come visit my center for an introductory consultation (which is free of charge) and see how we can help you. Or you may just send in an inquiry via this website or call in to get more info.
If you have no chronic disease, then you can know if you have a weak immune system by checking for certain symptoms, and then doing some medical tests to confirm so. I have another lesson that lists all these symptoms and tests in detail: the link to which you can find in the lesson list page here.
What can we offer you in Heal Within™
Heal Within™ is primarily a chronic disease treatment & prevention centre, based on an Integrated & Holistic treatment protocol. Our focus and relentless pursuit is to help chronic disease patients achieve these Three Primary Objectives.
- Objective 1: Holistic Healing
- Objective 2: Optimal Immunity & Disease-Occurence/Recurrence Prevention
- Objective 3: Long-term Wellbeing
To learn the details of the what & why of these end-objectives, and understand why it is crucial that you establish this in your mind first prior to starting any healthcare treatment or prevention program, please go to Lesson 1 – First, Establish Your End-Objectives (if you not already done so).
We use an advanced Integrated & Holistic Treatment approach, by which we diagnose the root causes to the patient’s diseases by specialised tests in all 10 Pillars of Health, and then treat those specific root causes by specialised therapies that induce holistic healing and not just suppress symptoms as done in main-stream medical treatments.
By this protocol, we have consistently helped numerous patients with all forms of diseases (right from Cancer, Heart disease, Stroke, Kidney disease, etc. to High blood pressure, diabetes, skin diseases, auto-immune diseases, infertility & other women issues, obesity etc.;) achieve these Three Primary Objectives.
If you have any chronic disease and not getting the desired positive results from your present treatment, or if you want to optimise your health to prevent occurrences of any chronic disease, or if you want to optimise your immunity for optimal prevention against COVID-19, then just send us an enquiry or come visit our centre and see how we can help you achieve the Three Primary Objectives.
