FIRST, UNDERSTAND PRINCIPLES
PRINCIPLES FOR HEART DISEASE
PRINCIPLES FORHEART DISEASE
DISEASE PRINCIPLE 1
The cause to ischemic heart disease (reduced blood supply to the heart) and thereby to angina (chest pain), breathlessness & other symptoms, is plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries.
Blood supply is absolutely essential for normal function of all organs including the heart. Reduced blood supply to any organ directly results into an abnormal function and gradually into degeneration & breakdown in that organ (including the heart); thereby resulting to symptoms of discomforts, aches, pains.
Reduced blood supply to the heart directly results in reduced function of the heart, and thereby to symptoms of chest pain, breathlessness, etc. And, total deprivation of blood supply to the heart directly results into myocardial infarction (death of heart muscle-cells) and eventually to heart failure.
Blood supply to the heart is reduced when the blood vessels in the heart (coronary arteries) are narrowed or blocked by a substance called plaque (which is a synthesised form of fat, salts, proteins, etc.). Plaque forms & accumulates in the inner-walls of the coronary arteries, and gradually keeps building up thereby resulting in narrowing & blocking the coronary arteries and thereby impeding the blood flow through it and thereby reducing the blood supply to the heart; thereby resulting into symptoms of angina (chest pain), breathlessness, & other symptoms.
DISEASE PRINCIPLE 2
The cause to plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries, is highly unhealthy conditions in the blood-plasma together with high hemodynamic stresses on the coronary arteries.
Blood-cells are surrounded in a fluid-environment called blood-plasma; and is an integral part of the blood. The condition of this blood-plasma directly effects the condition & function of the endothelial cells (cells on the inner walls of all blood-vessels; includes coronary arteries). If the condition of the blood-plasma is healthy then the endothelial-cells are healthy and function normally. On the contrary, if the condition of the blood-plasma is unhealthy then the endothelial-cells turn unhealthy and function abnormally.
The condition of the blood-plasma is determined to be healthy if it contains all of these: (1) No toxins – organic / inorganic / heavy-metals (2) No acids of food-fermentation from gut (3) No infectious agents – bacteria / viruses (4) Metabolic acids within homeostatic-threshold (5) All essential nutrients in right amounts; (6) Normal oxygen level (7) Balance in hormone levels; (8) Normal sugar level; (9) Normal white blood cell amount; (10) No EMF disturbances from external environment.
On the contrary, the condition of the blood-plasma is determined to be unhealthy if it contains any one or more of these: (1) Toxins – organic / inorganic / heavy-metals (2) Acids of food-fermentation from gut (3) Infectious agents – bacteria / viruses (4) Metabolic acids above homeostatic-threshold (5) Lack of essential nutrients; (6) Lack of oxygen (7) Hormonal imbalances (8) High sugar level (9) Low white blood cells levels (10) EMF disturbances from external environment.
When blood-plasma is in a highly unhealthy condition at a point that it contains any one or more of the above beyond the threshold that maintains homeostasis, then endothelial-cells in the coronary arteries get chronically injured and function abnormally. Consequently LDL cholesterol seeps into the inner-walls of the coronary arteries in that chronically injured area and get oxidised & crystallised, which then attracts white blood cells and smooth muscle cells into that area to engulf the crystallised LDL cholesterol and eventually turn into thick foam-cells which ultimately morph into a fibrous-fatty substance called plaque.
DISEASE PRINCIPLE 3
The cause to highly unhealthy conditions in blood-plasma and thereby the root cause to plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries, is the existence of any one or more of these Primary Abnormalities:
(1) Gut disbiosys from a toxic-diet, resulting into leaky gut, thereby to acids of food-fermentation in the gut seeping into the blood-plasma making it unhealthy;
(2) Heavy metals dental fillings, resulting into seepage of heavy metals into the blood-plasma making it unhealthy;
(3) Bad external environment at home or work, resulting into toxic substances seeping through the lungs & skin into the blood-plasma making it unhealthy;
(4) Nutrition-deficient diet, resulting into lack of essential nutrients in the blood-plasma making it unhealthy;
(5) Lack of muscular-skeletal motion, resulting into poor blood & lymph circulation and thereby to reduced oxygenation in blood-plasma making it unhealthy;
(6) Sympathetic overdrive from a chronic stressed state of mind, resulting into high levels of stress hormones and hormonal imbalances in the blood-plasma making it unhealthy;
(8) Abnormal brain & nerve regulation, resulting into compromised nervous signalling and thereby to contribute to unhealthy conditions in the blood-plasma making it unhealthy.

PRINCIPLES FORHEART DISEASE TREATMENT
TREATMENT PRINCIPLE 1

TREATMENT PRINCIPLE 1
The cure to formed & accumulated plaque in coronary arteries and thereby to ischemic heart disease, is infusing plaque-dissolving compounds into the blood-plasma and treating all unhealthy conditions in the blood-plasma thereby reversing it to its healthy condition.
As established above in Disease Principle 2, unhealthy conditions in blood-plasma is the cause to plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries and thereby to ischemic heart disease; i.e. plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries & thereby ischemic heart disease is an effect/consequence of unhealthy conditions in blood-plasma.
Therefore, when blood-plasma is restored to it’s healthy condition thus:
(1) No toxins – organic / inorganic / heavy-metals
(2) No acids of food-fermentation from gut
(3) No infectious agents – bacteria / viruses
(4) Metabolic acids within homeostatic-threshold
(5) All essential nutrients in right amounts;
(6) Normal oxygen level
(7) Balance in hormone levels;
(8) Normal sugar level;
(9) Normal white blood cell amount;
(10) No EMF disturbances from external environment;
then this results in gradually dissolving, shrinking & ultimately clearing-off plaque, and healing the injured area of the coronary arteries.
In cases where the plaque is think & hard, infusing plaque-dissolving compounds into the blood-plasma further induces dissolution, shrinkage & ultimately clearing-off plaque.
TREATMENT PRINCIPLE 2
In case the plaque is turned too hard & not fully dissolvable, the way to restore normal blood flow to the heart is by opening up new collateral-capillaries around the plaque-area of the coronary artery.
In some cases, the formed & accumulated plaque turns too hard and can’t be totally dissolved & shrunk by infusing plaque-dissolving compounds into the blood-plasma and by treating all unhealthy conditions in the blood-plasma and reversing it to its healthy condition.
In such cases, new blood vessels are needed around the area of the coronary artery where the plaque is not fully dissolvable, so that blood can by-pass that blocked area and thereby normal amount of blood can still flow to the heart.
Conventionally this is achieved by surgically attaching a Coronary Artery By-pass Graft (by-pass surgery) around the area of the coronary artery that is blocked by hard plaque. But, such a by-pass can also be achieved naturally without surgery – when blood is repeatedly forced into the heart during its diastolic phase, new collateral capillaries are seen to form around the area of the coronary artery blocked by hard plaque, thereby creating a ‘natural by-pass’ and thereby resulting in normal blood flow through the new collateral-capillaries to the rest of the heart.
Therefore, by using external counter-pulsation to repeatedly force blood into the heart during its diastolic phase, new collateral capillaries can form around the area of the coronary artery blocked by hard plaque creating a ‘natural by-pass’, and thereby resulting in normal blood to the heart despite having partially dissolved & shrunk plaque in a coronary artery.
TREATMENT PRINCIPLE 3
The way to prevent recurrences of plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries and thereby to prevent recurrences of ischemic heart disease, is removing the sources that make blood-plasma unhealthy.
As established above in Disease Principle 3, the existence of any one or more of the Primary Abnormalities is the cause to all unhealthy conditions in blood-plasma and thereby is the root cause to plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries; i.e. Plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries and thereby ischemic heart disease is an ultimate effect/consequence of primarily the existence of any one or more of the Primary Abnormalities.
Therefore, when all the Primary Abnormalities are removed or reversed thus:
(1) Healthy gut environment and no leaky gut;
(2) No heavy-metal dental fillings;
(3) Clean external environment at work & home;
(4) Nutritionally wholesome diet & full spectrum nutrition supplementation;
(5) Muscular-skeletal motion and thereby good blood & lymph circulation;
(6) Normal brain & nerve regulation;
(7) Normal mitochondrial function;
(8) Balance in sympathetic & parasympathetic nervous response;
then the blood-plasma is maintained healthy, which results in preventing recurrences of plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries, and thereby in preventing recurrences of ischemic heart disease.
CONCLUSIVE PRINCIPLE
Therefore, ischemic heart disease can be effectively treated, only by doing these three:
- Dissolve, shrink & clear-off plaque in coronary arteries by treating all unhealthy conditions in the blood-plasma and reverse it to its healthy condition; and induce formation of collateral-capillaries:
- Detoxify & flush-out toxins, heavy-metals, acids, infectious-agent, etc. from the blood-plasma; and normalise levels of all essential nutrients, oxygen, hormones, sugar, etc. therein.
- Infuse plaque-dissolving compounds into the blood-plasma. (*only until plaque is dissolved.)
- Use external counter-pulsation to force blood into the heart during it’s diastolic phase, and thereby induce formation of new collateral-capillaries ‘natural by-pass’.
- Treat the root-causes to plaque formation & accumulation by removing the sources that make the blood-plasma unhealthy, and thereby maintain the healthy-condition of the blood-plasma, and thereby prevent recurrences of plaque formation & accumulation in coronary arteries.
- Optimise the condition & function of all organs, optimise immunity, and thereby create optimal conditions for disease prevention & high quality of life long-term.

THEREFORE, THE NEED FOR
INTEGRATED & HOLISTIC TREATMENT
CLICK IMAGE TO EXPAND
What is Integrated Treatment?
The word ‘Integration’ simply means ‘Combination’. Integrated Treatment therefore means to combine various medical modalities and therapies in a strategic way so to (1) Clear plaque from heart blood vessels, and open up new capillaries in the heart, (2) Treat the root causes to plaque formation & accumulation; and (3) Optimise the condition & function of all organs, optimise immunity, and thereby prevent recurrences of heart disease & experience high-quality of life long-term.
For Example: a patient with heart disease would be given an Integrated Treatment comprising of therapies such as Chelation therapy, EECP Therapy, AutoHemo therapy, IV Nutrition therapy, Wholesome food therapy, etc.
What is Holistic Treatment?
The word ‘Holistic’ basically means Whole (Whole-listic). In this context, Holistic means to treat the entire body as one unit, to induce healing in the whole body and not just treat heart disease alone in isolation while leaving the rest of the body in a diseased state (as done in conventional treatments like medications, surgery, etc.). The focus of a Holistic Treatment is to induce healing in the whole body, to bring the whole body (all organs) back to normal health. In a holistic treatment, all diseases are treated together with heart disease, healing is induced in the whole body, and the whole body-system is restored to normal health as much as possible.
Why Integrated & Holistic Treatment is Necessary & the Only Way?
As established above under ‘Conclusive Principle’, effective treatment of heart disease can only be achieved by doing these three: (1) Dissolve, shrink & clear-off plaque in coronary arteries by treating all unhealthy conditions in the blood-plasma and reverse it to its healthy condition; and induce formation of collateral-capillaries; (2) Treat the root-causes to plaque formation by removing the sources that make the blood-plasma unhealthy; (3) Optimise the condition & function of all organs, optimise immunity, and thereby create optimal conditions for disease prevention & high quality of life long-term.
No one therapy or treatment modality can help complete these three; an integration (combination) of various therapies is necessary for this.
Therefore Integrated & Holistic Treatment is necessary, and is the only way toward effective heart disease treatment.
DISCLAIMER: The above principles are understood based upon independent-research and clinical observations of diagnosis & treatment administered to numerous patients by Dr Lee, his specialist doctor-mentors & teachers, and his peers in the field of integrated medicine.
